The eat healthy fats olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables will provide you with vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.

It uses sobriety, meditation, alternative medicine, and social justice to improve health issues. He promotes eating healthy food that is not expensive. Stic.man encourages consumers to consult a holistic nutritionist.
50 Cent is a rapper and actor. He spends time working out in the gym and eating healthy. He came out with a nutrition and workout book in 2013. It was called Formula 50: A Six Week Workout and Nutrition Plan That Will Transform Your Life. He varies his exercise routine and uses different type of workouts to stay fit. He pays attention to diet and says that often people ignore diet as part of staying healthy.
Doug E. Fresh is a rapper and record producer. He launched Hip Hop Health with Columbia University neurologist and academic Dr. Olajide, Williams MS, MD. They organizations uses music to raise awareness and promote healthy lifestyle choices. It promotes fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grain products, and extra lean protein.
Commons a Chicago Emcee is a vegetarian and eats dairy and fish too. He works out playing basketball and with a trainer. He found beef and pork did not suit his det and gave it up. In 2007 he first tole them at Thanksgiving his family was offended because he could not eat the standard Thanksgiving dinner.
